Can you use the Call of Duty Black Ops: Original Soundtrack legally in a YouTube Video?

I want to make gameplay commentary videos for YouTube and was wondering if I could use the Black Ops soundtrack and still become a partner. Is it legal? Is the black ops soundtrack "free music"?
