Is my bonus payment immoral?

I recently secured a promotion in my position at goldman-sachs and as part of 'the package' a six figure sum was paid to me. I didn't have to earn it or anything, they just gave me it as a 'golden hello'. It got me thinking - is this immoral in the 'current climate' or do I deserve it. I am leading towards the second, I have worked bloody hard for four days a week for the past two years to secure this promotion - now I should enjoy the fruits of my labours.
