Isn't it annoying when some atheists bash on religion, just because?

Other than the Internet, there are very few people who bash religion. What invites this type of bashing is the anonymity coupled with the ease of making broad unsupported statements (like religion hinders science or education). This is just part of the nature of the beast here. Yes, its juvenile, but expected.
