I think your tin-foil hat might be a bit too tight. Enron has nothing to do with cap and trade, particularly since they no longer exist. Furthermore, if any president was involved with the Enron scam it would have been Bush. Ken Lay (CEO of Enron) was his biggest campaign contributor.
