Should we raze Wall Street to the ground and have the Government nationalize the banks?

Sounds good, but weren't Fanny and Freddy already public companies and weren't they involved i n the scandal? I do think, though, that those banks that the government had to pretty much buy out should have remained nationalized. The banks who didn't need bail out money, though, I'd never want to see taken over. My local bank is very responsible and has been the same for a century and a half. i know the people there and I trust them. I'd never deal with any of the fly-by-night banks that spring up overnight with stupid three letter names, spend a fortune on silly advertising, and need a new name a year later.
