What do you guys think about this story and this girl?

I started talking to this girl last week. She said she liked me and I liked her back. Well she eventually stopped texting me as much. She said she was too busy and too tired to text me. Anyway around this time I noticed her and some guy were flirty on facebook. One night her status said, "I'm so excited for tomorrow night! :)" and that guy liked it. He also wrote her a note on her wall. After I saw this I asked her about him. She said he was just a friend and that it wasn't too late for me, I still had a chance with her. That was yesterday. This morning I wake up and facebook tells me she's in a relationship with the guy! I talked to her and she said that when they hung out last night he kissed her and they realized how much they liked each other so they decided to get together. Her story was great wasn't it guys? Too bad I don't believe a word of it. Do you guys believe it? Could I get some commentary and thoughts. I'm also trying to think of one last witty comment to say to her.
