Why is everyone that Obama Hired from Goldman Sachs & Jp Morgan Chase in our government?

Isnt it a conflict of National interest that Obama hired Geitner from Goldman Sachs, Paulson from Goldman Sachs, and others from Chase and CitiBANK to his Cabinet? and then he gives these companies a bailout?
