How do you turn the commentary off on a Buffy DVD...?

I want to watch an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer on my computer but I watched it once with the commentary on and now it's not turning off... I have taken out the disc and tried it with subtitles, but there doesn't seem to be a way to turn it off... if anyone knows how, that would be really helpful, thanks!
